Family law is not one of the areas where the SRA requires published pricing. We publish it anyway, because not knowing the cost is the main reason people put off getting advice.
All figures exclude VAT at 20% unless stated. Court fees and other disbursements are payable in addition and are listed separately on every bill. Contested matters are charged hourly; we give you a written estimate before starting work and tell you promptly if it needs to change.
